[THE HUMAN VERSION] TL;DR: We are in the business of printing photos, not selling data. We collect your name and address so we can ship your stuff. We collect your photos so we can print them. We do not sell your data to random call centers, the Illuminati, or your ex. We use Shopify and Razorpay, which are super secure.

This Privacy Policy describes how Paperazzi.in (the "Site" or "we") collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

1. Collecting Personal Information When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support.

  • Photo Data: We collect the images you upload for the sole purpose of printing your customized products. These images are stored securely on our servers (and our printing partners' servers) and are deleted periodically after fulfillment.

  • Logistics Partners: We share your name, address, and phone number with our courier partners (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery) to deliver your order.

3. Your Photos & Content We respect the privacy of your personal photos. We do not use your photos for marketing (Instagram/Ads) without your explicit written permission. If you see your photo on our social media and want it taken down, email us at hello@paperazzi.in.

4. Data Retention When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information.

5. Changes We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
