Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. CANCELLATION POLICY Strict No-Cancellation Rule: Because our products are highly personalized (printed specifically with your photos), we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. The printing process often begins immediately after order confirmation. Please review your photos and details carefully before checking out.

2. REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or if you simply decide you don't like the photo you chose.

We ONLY offer a replacement or refund in the following two specific cases:

  1. Damaged Product: The item arrived torn, broken, or physically damaged during transit.

  2. Wrong Item Sent: We sent you someone else's order, or the wrong size/product type.

3. HOW TO CLAIM A REFUND/REPLACEMENT To be eligible for a replacement, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement: The Unboxing Video To prevent fraudulent claims, we require an uncut unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damage clearly visible.

  • Step 1: Film yourself opening the package.

  • Step 2: Email the video and photos of the damage to hello@paperazzi.in with your Order ID.

4. RESOLUTION PROCESS Once we verify the damage/error via your video:

  • Option A (Replacement): We will reprint and ship a fresh product to you within 3 business days at no extra cost. (This is our default resolution).

  • Option B (Refund): If a replacement is not possible, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds generally take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account.

5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
