[THE HUMAN VERSION] TL;DR:

  1. Don't upload illegal stuff. If you upload photos you don't own, or anything weird/illegal, we will cancel your order.

  2. No Returns on Custom Stuff. We can't "un-print" your face. Unless it arrives damaged, customized items are yours forever.

  3. Be Nice. We are real humans printing your memories.

Overview This website is operated by Paperazzi. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Paperazzi. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - USER GENERATED CONTENT (YOUR PHOTOS) You understand that by uploading photos to Paperazzi.in, you declare that:

  1. You own the copyright to these images or have permission to use them.

  2. The images do not violate any laws (no nudity, hate speech, or illegal content).

  3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paperazzi from any legal claims arising from the printing of images you upload. (Basically: If you print a copyrighted character poster and the studio sues, that is your liability, not ours).

SECTION 3 - REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY Customized Products: Since our products (Magazines, Polaroids) are personalized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a "change of mind" or "didn't like the vibe."

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, or if we printed the wrong file, you must email us at hello@paperazzi.in within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo. We will provide a free reprint or store credit.

SECTION 4 - COLOR ACCURACY We try our best to display colors accurately. However, screens (RGB) emit light and paper (CMYK) absorbs ink. There may be slight color variations between what you see on your phone and the final print. This is normal in the printing industry and is not considered a defect.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING Shipping times are estimates. Paperazzi is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier companies, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
