Shipping Policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME Since every item at Paperazzi is custom-made to order (we don't pull stock off a shelf; we print your specific memories), please allow us time to create your product.

• Production Time: 2-4 business days.

• Note: During high-volume seasons (Valentine's Day, Diwali, New Year), production may take an additional 2 days.

2. SHIPPING TIME Once your order is printed and packed, it is handed over to our courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees).

• Metro Cities: 2-4 days after dispatch.

• Rest of India: 5-7 days after dispatch.

3. TRACKING You will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be indicated on the website.

5. INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES Please ensure you provide a complete address (including House Number and Landmark) and a valid phone number. Paperazzi is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.
