OVERVIEW This website is operated by Paperazzi. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Paperazzi. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our business relies on user-uploaded content (your photos and text). By placing an order, you declare that:

  1. Ownership: You own the rights to the images you are uploading or have explicit permission to use them.

  2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paperazzi from any legal claims, damages, or expenses arising from the printing of content you upload (e.g., copyright infringement claims).

  3. Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that includes hate speech, illegal acts, explicit pornography, or abusive material.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF COLORS AND PRINTS We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, please note:

  • Screen vs. Print: Digital screens emit light (RGB), while paper absorbs ink (CMYK). There will always be a slight variation in color brightness and tone between your phone screen and the final physical product.

  • Cropping: If uploaded images do not match the aspect ratio of the product (e.g., uploading a rectangular photo for a square polaroid), our team will crop the image to fit best. This is not considered a defect.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 5 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
